NovaDax ("we," "our," or "us") operates novadaxas.com and novadax3d.com (the "Sites") and the NovaDax3D platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our Sites or use our Service.

Information You Provide: When you create an account, request a demo, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization name, job title, and any other information you choose to share.

Facility Data: When you use the NovaDax3D platform, you may upload or generate aerial imagery, 3D models, floor plans, site maps, emergency plans, drill schedules, and related facility information ("Facility Data"). This data is provided by your organization and remains under your organization's control.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Sites and Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to improve our products and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the NovaDax3D platform
• Process and store Facility Data as directed by your organization
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• Improve our Sites and Service
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement the following safeguards:

• Encryption at rest: All data stored in our databases and file storage is encrypted using AES-256 encryption via AWS
• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS/HTTPS
• Access controls: Role-based access ensures users only see data relevant to their role and organization
• Infrastructure: Our Service runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States, which maintains numerous security certifications including SOC 2 and ISO 27001

We do not sell your personal information or Facility Data to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Amazon Web Services to host and operate the platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
• Safety: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to prevent illegal activity.
• With your consent: We may share information with your explicit permission.

5. FERPA Compliance

The NovaDax3D platform is designed for facility and emergency planning data. We do not collect, store, or process student education records as defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If a customer's use of the platform involves any data subject to FERPA, we will work with the customer to ensure appropriate protections and agreements are in place.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Facility Data is retained according to your organization's instructions. When an organization terminates its use of the Service, we will delete or return all Facility Data within 90 days upon request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
